At Happy Planet Toys, every product is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail before being prepared for dispatch. We take great pride in producing high-quality wooden toys and aim to ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of £14.50 per order for deliveries within mainland UK.

This flat rate applies regardless of the number of items ordered, making shipping simple and transparent for our customers.

Indoor Collection

All products from our Indoor Collection are securely packaged and shipped using DPD, providing a fully tracked delivery service.

Outdoor Collection

Due to the size and weight of our outdoor products, all Outdoor Collection orders are delivered using one of our trusted private courier partners.

Our couriers are experienced in transporting handcrafted wooden products and will ensure your order is delivered safely.

Where available, tracking information or delivery updates will be provided before delivery.

Please ensure all personal information is entered when ordering to get the best possible delivery experience

Processing Time

As every Happy Planet Toys product is individually handcrafted, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be made, prepared and dispatched.

If your order includes personalisation or optional decoration, this is included within the 10 working day lead time.

If your order contains both indoor and outdoor products, they may be dispatched separately and delivered by different couriers.

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

If you are located outside the UK and are interested in purchasing one of our products, please contact us before placing your order to discuss delivery options.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order.

Happy Planet Toys cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect address information.

Returns Policy

At Happy Planet Toys, every product is carefully handcrafted with great attention to detail. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email Masterbuilder@happyplanettoys.co.uk

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

Once we have reviewed the photographs and confirmed that the item is faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge. In most cases, we will not require the faulty item to be returned.

If we do need the item returned for inspection, we will let you know before arranging this.
